Easy to follow, step by step process. It takes a few minutes on a smartphone using the app. The actual transfer was really quick. I was pleasantly surprised at the speed, professionalism and very good exchange rate provided. The banks offer a similar service but you get charged transfer fees at each end, commission, an inconvenient exchange rate and it always takes longer than expected.
