Professional and Trustworthy Company

I used XE.Com to send some money to my daughter in the US. I found the process very easy for someone like me who is not IT proficient. XE sent the transfer the same day but there was a delay in my daughter getting the money. This was a delay on her bank on the US and not XE. I called customer service at XE.Com and the agent I spoke to was very helpful and polite. It’s nice to have a company where one can call and speak to an agent instead of e mailing or speaking to a virtual agent. The agent was quite reassuring and told me they would investigate with my daughters bank and e mail me within 24 hours. My daughter received funds. I would definitely recommend XE to anyone and I will use them again to send funds to my daughter.
